Due to the nature of online courses and digital downloadable products, we do not generally offer refunds once access has been granted or a download has been completed. This policy is in place to prevent unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our materials.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical difficulties preventing access to the course and we are unable to resolve them.
- Accidental Purchase: If you notify us within 24 hours of purchase and have not accessed or downloaded any content.
- Misrepresentation: If the course or digital product does not match the description provided on our website.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or failure to complete the course.
- No refunds for digital products once they have been downloaded.
- If you fail to meet the course completion requirements within the given timeframe.
4. Requesting a Refund

- A brief explanation of the issue
- Any supporting evidence, if applicable
All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 working days, and we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 working days via the original payment method.
5. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection laws. If you believe your rights have been breached, you may seek further assistance from Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
