GoRescue offers a simple and versatile e-learning management system that allows you to create, deliver, evaluate, and analyze your courses with minimal effort.

Instructor Certification

Instructors must complete the 30-hour Instructor Course and refresh their First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid certifications every three years. The instructor module need not be repeated if they are actively training.

Class Size

Instructors can train up to 12 participants for staff courses and up to 30 for student or other courses. This ensures effective learning while maintaining quality instruction.

Purchasing Licenses

Instructors can purchase licenses as needed with a pay-as-you-go option or buy in bulk for cost savings. Licenses remain valid for up to three years from date of purchase, ensuring flexibility and long-term value.

Instructor Account

To set up your instructor account, simply complete the registration form and submit the required details. Once approved, you'll receive login credentials to access the training platform. From there, you can manage courses, enroll participants, and track progress.

Enrolments

To enroll participants in one or more courses, simply send us your enrollment spreadsheet, and we will issue an invoice. Once payment is confirmed, participants will be automatically enrolled, and their login credentials will be emailed to them directly.

Enrolment Transfers

If a learner has received enrollment credentials but hasn't registered and started the course, you can assign the license to another learner. If a learner is auto-enrolled or registers but doesn’t start the course, you can remove them from the group.

Enrolment Issue

Ask the learner to check their junk / spam or deleted folders for an email from info@gorescue.co.uk. If missing, log in to your admin section, find the learner, and resend credentials with one click. If the issue continues, contact our Help Centre for assistance.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered for digital products, including online courses, once enrollment is confirmed and access is granted. Please review course details carefully before purchasing. If you encounter any issues, contact our Help Centre for assistance.

Certifications

Certifications are available after course completion and can be downloaded from the learner’s dashboard. For blended courses, trainers can set criteria like completing practicals and assessments. The reporting section allows easy distribution of group certificates.
